Dear Parent Partners,

Welcome to the May 2022 newsletter!

As the temperature’s rising, it is only fair to indulge in activities to cool down – pool parties, colouring parties and sand pit parties are in order! All of these activities seem like simple game plays, but these help children learn skills such as hand-eye coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Let’s see what else our little tots have been up to this month.

Summer Camp Batch-2 (2022-2023)

FirstCry Intellitots Preschools conducted the Physical Summer Camp Batch-2 in the month of May. We were very excited to host this physical summer camp as there were so many activities we’d planned for the little ones – dance, music, Zumba, science experiments, art and craft activities, yoga and even fire-less cooking! All the children loved working on their science experiments, their smiling faces when they got their takeaway crafts with their favourite tattoos on their hands was truly a sight to behold!

Gearing up to reopen

FirstCry Intellitots Preschools are all set to welcome our tiny tots for this academic year. We are ready to embark on this super special journey together. All the standard safety procedures have been observed. When children enter the school building, they pass a disinfection barrier, a thermal screening, and they sanitise their hands. Although hand sanitisers are installed throughout the building, teachers also encourage each child to go to the restrooms and wash their hands after every lesson. Classes will be conducted along with a class teacher and one support staff. Our transport facilities have GPS trackers and CCTV surveillance in place as well.

Party all summer long!

To kick off the summer season, pool parties are a must! But don’t forget how amazing colouring parties can also be! Adding to this fun-filled agenda are some other fun activities planned like pottery, tattoos, story sessions and so much more. Don’t believe us? Take a look at our adorable little tots having such a gala time!

Father’s Day Celebrations

Father’s Day is coming up and you must have so much planned yourselves, right? Among all the other amazing ideas you might already have, we also wanted to chip in with some of our ideas to make this day extra special.

Scavenger hunt

Scavenger hunt is always a winner in our books! And, if the rewards are adorably exclusive tokens, it becomes even more fun! Start by hiding small items around the house and let your child find them with the help of help of simple maps or riddles. And, the reward? Tokens that your child can redeem anytime. Such as their favourite snacks, or they get do their favourite activity with you, or watch their favourite movie together. The sky is the limit here!

Do a fun puzzle together

Up for some brain and bonding exercise? Doing a puzzle together is a great way to get those brain juices flowing for your little ones and you, plus it is fun time to bond with your little ones. Win-win for everyone!

Cook something together

Having a helping hand while you cook sounds good, right? Having your own little ones as helping hands will be even cuter. Whether you know how to cook or not, tackling a recipe will be memorable and the meal will be worth it. Pinky swear!

Go on a little picnic

Picnics are such a fun way to enjoy the great outdoors and the sun. You can take some yummy snacks, Frisbee, balls or even play a game of badminton, and enjoy a day filled with fun outdoors-y activities. Don’t forget to take a bunch of photos to make it memorable. And if you decide to post them online, don’t forget to tag us!

Plant a little garden

How about this – you start this tradition of planting a little seed or sapling every Father’s Day and then this tradition passes down! It’s a great way to bond, nurture a feeling of hope for the future and have amazing memories throughout the years. Don’t wait, we say!  Then what’s the wait for?

My FirstCryOi'ites Stories

Intellitots SuperMom_Shraddha Chickerur

My child has been with the school for the past three years. My experience with the staff has been really warm and cooperative. He was well taken care of as a child of less than two and had great fun in school and daycare both. Their transition to online mode was commendable. They conducted short but high energy sessions. I was initially sceptical of online mode but soon saw the merit in these sessions. Thank you for a great educational start for my child!

Nice school, good teachers, cooperative, patience, and caring. Takes care of kids very well. Would recommend to everyone to admit kids right from toddler.

Arts and Crafts

Fireworks and summertime are a great combo! Our little tots prepared glitter fireworks by gluing some swirls and lines and then sprinkling glitter on them. We all agree to the fact that the smiles on our little ones were brighter than their crafts! Our little tots also made paper bowl jelly fish, paper bowl turtles, and flower cups that kept them busy and made sure they sure had a blast. The kids even painted on stones, and sticking some googly eyes gave birth to some scary yet adorable stone rock monsters. See these for yourself!
