4. What is the Adult - Child ratio at FirstCry Intellitots Preschool?

We have a healthy 1:8 adult child ratio and if the no. of kids increases to approximately 12 then adult child ratio of 2:12 comes in to existence, which means for every 12 kids there is one teacher and one support staff.

This month, our little tots got artsy and created crafts that not only boosted their sense of accomplishment, but also enhanced their hand-eye coordination!

It is a new academic year, and this particular year was extra special as we got to see our tots in person. Our tots and parents were enthusiastic about schools reopening with all the grand launches across India.

Earth Day
Earth Day is celebrated every year on 22nd April to exhibit support towards Earth’s protection. This time round, our little tots got crafty! They made Earth Day a lot of fun by painting on circular cut outs with splashes of colours to brighten things up!

Leaf Painting
Leaf carving is a type of art used to develop a picture. The process of carving is performed by children painting on a leaf before, and then, pasting it on a piece of paper.

Kite Making
Don’t you just love it when little ones use their tiny fingers to paint? In this activity, little ones used their thumbs and fingers to paint on a kite-shaped drawing sheet.

Back To School
This April, the start of the school year seemed more overwhelming than ever before. One could observe mixed feelings of excitement, joy, and a little bit of confusion (we’ve missed this hustle and bustle!) among the kids, parents, and teachers at FirstCry Intellitots Preschool. On the first day of school, children began gathering early in the morning and were voluntarily wearing their masks. This was not done solely for the purpose of hygienic protection, but also to demonstrate students’ awareness related to COVID-19. We’re proud to say that all the standard safety procedures were observed as children entered the school premises, passed a disinfection barrier, a thermal screening, and they sanitised their hands. Although hand sanitizers are installed throughout the building, teachers also encourage the children to go to the restrooms and wash their hands after each class. We appreciate our kids for their unmatched energy and cooperation during the physical classroom activities. Our tiny tots have thoroughly enjoyed the physical element of being present, inside and outside classrooms, meeting their friends and teachers!

Summer Camp 2022-2023
FirstCry Intellitots Preschool conducted the Physical Summer Camp in the month of April. We were super excited to host this as we had a bunch of fun activities planned, like Dance, Music, Zumba, Yoga, Science Experiments, Art and Craft Activities and Fireless Cooking like Vegetable Salad, Sandwiches, Fruit Salads, Float and Sink activities and yes, some splash pool activities, and role play – “Customer and Vegetable Seller” activities too. Kids were enthusiastic during their science experiments like creating the Magic Fizz Potion, making Colourful Rain and so much more! The little ones loved their take away crafts like hand bands and finger puppets, along with their favourite tattoos on the hands and faces.
